Google's page says Gemini asks you to confirm every action that changes something, so your agent couldn't act while you sleep. Custom apps are also open only to adults with a personal Google account in the US, in English.

Acting without asking

There's no setting for it. Google's page says Gemini requires manual confirmation for any write action.
